Well know librarian, author and book blogger Nancy Pearl is launching her line of books through Amazon. The line is actually a “re-launch” of out-of-print titles. Called Amazon Book Lust Rediscoveries, Ms. Pearl will be handpicking six of her personal hand-selected titles each year for re-publication.

A frequent guest speaker on NPR and hundreds of blogs, Pearl was the 2011 Librarian of the Year as selected by the Library Journal, has been a highly successful blogger for a number of years, has published several books including” Book Lust: Recommended Reading for Every Mood, Moment and Reason, and she has her own “action figure”.

The first two books selected for this year by Ms. Pearl are: After Life by Rhian Ellis and  A Gay and Melancholy Sound by Merle Miller.
