One of the best things about this weekend is how personal it is. Authors will have tables, and readers can sit at one author’s table, or multiple tablets and have lunch. This does create a difficult choice – because readers don’t just have one favorite author.
Included in the weekend will be goodie bags, lunch, books, door prizes and a raffle.
This event is only in it’s second year, and there is a stellar line up from the publishing world, including keynote speaker, James Rollins. Mr. Rollins is the author of seven thrillers in the bestselling Sigma Force series, six individual adventure thrillers; the blockbuster movie novelization, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull; and the Jake Ransom middle grade series (Jake Ransom and the Skull King’s Shadow, Jake Ransom and the Howling Sphinx, and more coming in 2013). His books are noted for building high-octane adventures on a solid science foundation.
Thirty-eight other authors will be in attendance. Among them will be bestselling authors Dianna Love, Jade Lee, Carla Neggers, and Cherry Adair. A few newer authors like C.H. Admirand, Nancy Naigle, and Sheldon Russell, are just a few that will help round out the lineup.
