Curse the Moon…A Must Read Historical Fiction by Lee Jackson

Curse the Moon: Atcho Rises by Lee Jackson

With his resourcefulness, keen intellect, and his unparalleled ability to remain covert in his operation, Atcho has the capability, but he also has a dangerous enemy in the form of Soviet agent Govorov, who will stop at nothing to determine the identity and location of Atcho before his mission can be completed. Now Govorov has Atcho’s two year old daughter, and for Atcho the battle turns personal. Follow Atcho on his thrilling and suspenseful journey through this real history of strained national and political relations as tensions rise and the very stability of the world is threatened…
Curse the Moon: Atcho Rises is excellent historical fiction brought to you by Lee Jackson. This exciting novel delivers in a lot of ways. Jackson does a great job of giving dimension to the dynamic Atcho and setting him against the backdrop of a historical reality. If you like a healthy dose of history with your fiction, especially with regard to Castro-era Cuba (think Bay of Pigs specifically) and the oft-strained relationship between the US and the Soviet Union, then Curse the Moon: Atcho Rises is definitely for you.
