What to Include in This Year’s Company Christmas Letter

The year is coming to a close, and as a company, you want to show your employees or customers how much you truly appreciate them. It may be difficult to know exactly what to say when extending Christmas wishes. With the perfect company Christmas letter, employees or customers will know how valued they are through the year, and can be informed of upcoming events in the future.
What to Include in This Year's Company Christmas Letter
Extending Christmas Wishes to Employees

Your employees have worked tirelessly all year. It is imperative that, as head of the company, you express your gratitude. Kind words will end the holidays on a joyous note and begin the New Year with your staff feeling motivated and valued.
If the company did well, include that information in the letter. Let the employees know that it was their hard work and dedication that wrapped up a successful year. Show your appreciation for a job well done but throwing a Christmas party or organizing an employee dinner. If possible, include spouses to create a family atmosphere.

Once again, in the closing of the letter express your admiration and pleasure for their continued dedication to the company. Wish them and their family a wonderful Merry Christmas.

Christmas Letters to Customers
Continued support from customers is what keeps you in business. Preserve those relationships with a holiday letter of gratitude. Personally thank your customers for their continued business and state that you look forward to maintaining the relationship in the future.
Use an appropriate tone and font. While you want to wish them well, keep in mind these are still business associates. Something too friendly may come off as overly personal. Keep it professional. Include any major developments that may have occurred through the year and would be exciting for customers to know. Of course, don’t forget to wish them a Merry Christmas.

Utilizing a business card printer or printing service like 4 Color Print may be beneficial if you have a large quantity of Christmas letters to send out. If that’s the case, get creative. Use heavy duty card stock, and add a Christmas themed border to make your letter stand out. The recipient will appreciate the extra care that went into wishing them a wonderful holiday season.

Make creating a company Christmas letter a fun and enjoyable experience. Just remember to let your staff or customers know how much you value them, and look forward to continuing a positive relationship.
