RELAUNCH THE “NET FORCE” SERIES, CREATED BY TOM CLANCY AND STEVE PIECZENIK AND WRITTEN BY JEROME PREISLER
Hanover Square Press announced today plans to relaunch the “Net Force” series, created by Tom Clancy and Steve Pieczenik, beginning with Net Force: Dark Web, written by Jerome Preisler and to be published in October 2019.
Peter Joseph, Editorial Director at Hanover Square Press, acquired World rights to Dark Web, as well as three more novels and four e-novellas in the series, from Doug Grad at Doug Grad Literary Agency and Netco Partners. “Cyberwarfare has gained an even greater relevance in international affairs since the days of the original ‘Net Force’ books,” said Joseph. “We’re excited to bring this cutting-edge thriller series into the modern era.”
The Net Force series debuted in 1999 and eventually comprised ten New York Times-bestselling adult novels, as well as eighteen young adult novels and an ABC TV movie. Lifetime sales for the adult novels total 5.5 million to date.
JEROME PREISLER is the author the New York Times bestselling TOM CLANCY’S POWER PLAYS series. Over his career, Preisler has had more than 30 books published, including five military histories, and has given talks on military topics at schools, museums and army bases around the country. He lives in New York.
