This is a good self development book if you’re looking for parenting advice. The author gives Godly advice on how to calm yourself when you’re feeling frustrated as a parent. Before the “momster” comes out try remembering a few bible verses to help you through your anger. I’m a momster, and I when I saw this book I knew I needed it. It took me a while to get through it, since I wanted to take my time reading each chapter and implementing the teachings. It has helped me calm my momster.
