I will refer to this book over and over, and so will you if you give it a try. This isn’t a gimmick book like so many diet books seem to be. It’s also not really a “diet” book though, if you follow it you will lose weight. It’s about a lifestyle change.
This is logical and easy to follow. It’s not a miracle cure, but a step by step set of helpful instructions that you can follow just by adjusting some things you do. You can eat what you want, but stop eating once you’re actually full. There is such great advice and wisdom in this book. I highly recommend it.
