Audible today announced a new multi-project deal with Temple Hill Entertainment. Founded by Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey, Temple Hill has produced hit film adaptations of global franchises and best-selling novels such as The Twilight Saga, The Maze Runner Trilogy, and The Fault in Our Stars. Temple Hill also recently produced the hit horror film Smile. Head of Temple Hill Publishing Petersen Harris and Vice President of Publishing Alli Dyer will work with Audible to produce a slate of exclusive audio originals.
Releasing today, the first project is Influencer by Bram Stoker Award winner Adam Cesare (Clown in a Cornfield series, Dead Mall). Starring Isabela Merced (Alien, Superman Legacy) and Christopher Briney (The Summer I Turned Pretty), this YA psychological thriller is about a social media influencer who starts a murderous cult at his high school and the one girl who sees through him.

Another project currently in development is Dragon Day by Bob Proehl and starring Hayley Atwell (Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One). Dragon Day is a fictional oral history set in modern times about the day dragons took over Earth and the journalist covering the events who finds previously obscured details as well as an unexpected hope for human kind.
This collaboration joins Audible’s production and development deals with top industry creatives such as: President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama’s Higher Ground, Viola Davis’ Ashé Audio Ventures, George Clooney and Grant Heslov’s Smokehouse Pictures, Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop, Brad Pitt’s Plan B Entertainment, Kerry Washington’s Simpson Street, Lena Waithe and Rishi Rajani’s Hillman Grad Productions, Daniel Dae Kim’s 3AD Productions, Queen Latifah and Shakim Compere’s Flavor Unit, Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video Enterprises, SBH, a joint venture between Kevin Hart’s Hartbeat and Charlamagne Tha God’s CThaGod World Inc, LeBron James and Maverick Carter’s The SpringHill Company, and James Patterson Entertainment.
In addition to Temple Hill’s development deal with Audible, the production company holds a multi-year first-look film deal with Paramount Pictures and in TV with Lionsgate.
