The Nexus-7 is here. Google’s much talked about tablet that runs on Android’s operating system just made its debut. It looks to be direct competitor with Amazon’s Kindle Fire since it’s expected to retail for around $199. Plus, it could be a low cost answer to the iPad. The tablet is manufactured by Asus and featured a Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor, front facing camera (video chat) and tauts a nine-hour battery.

Google stated it will ship with Chrome as it’s OS, will have an enhanced version of Google Maps, and will ship in mid-July.
