Kindle owners won’t be left out when Harry Potter books are issued as eBooks. Pottermore, the eBook enterprise of author J.K. Rowling, that will be making the Harry Potter books available in eFormat has reached an agreement with Amazon. This move is in keeping with the authors wishes that her books are available in as many formats as possible for readers. Rowling first partnered with Google to bring Harry to life in the digital world and this left many fans wondering if they would be able to access the much loved books via Kindle.
There is no date for the release of the eBooks, but Pottermore, Rowlings website for all things Harry Potter, will debut on July 31st in conjunction with Harry’s birthday. Visitors to the site will find behind-the-scenes news and information direct from the author, learn secrets from the books, and have the ability to interact with other Potter fans.
