Huntsville, Arkansas – What is your body telling you? What is pain telling us? Why do we make ourselves sick? Author Julia Cannon makes her debut with the insightful new book Soul Speak, providing answers to these and many other crucial questions.

Soul Speak reveals that every ache, pain and symptom is the body delivering a message of importance to you in its own unique language. The only problem is, we did not have the translation for this language – until now.

Soul Speak deciphers the direct communication between our body, mind and soul. We are so much greater than the sum of our physical parts. We are spiritual beings residing in physical bodies here on Earth. We incarnate physically to evolve spiritually. We have constant guidance and support from our higher selves during our experience on the physical plane. It is extremely easy to forget who we truly are. Our higher selves are constantly communicating with our bodies, helping to keep us on the path we have chosen for ourselves. One of the most effective ways to get our attention is through pain; that is why we experience it. When we learn to communicate directly with all of our parts, we no longer need physical messages to remind us of our journey and purpose.

In Soul Speak, you will learn what the messages from the different body systems mean and how you can heal any situation by understanding the message that is being delivered and acting appropriately on it. This secret language has now been revealed – it is no longer is a mystery. Discover for yourself what YOU are trying to say to YOURSELF.

Soul Speak is now available online: http://www.ozarkmt.com/!itemInfo.php?item=175

Author Julia Cannon was born in Hutchinson, Kansas to Johnny and Dolores Cannon. Johnny was a career Navy man, so they moved frequently, and she had the advantage of an open-minded upbringing. Julia was raised with the understanding that psychic phenomenon and metaphysics were commonplace, and she has always sought new avenues for growth. Julia became a registered nurse and worked in Intensive Care and Home Health for the duration of her over 20 year career. She decided to explore other aspects of the healing profession and trained in Reconnective Healing and Dolores Cannon’s Past Life Therapy Hypnosis.

Her energy healing has taken on its own dimension, which she calls “Lightcasting.” Intuitive lights come from the hands to direct energy where needed to balance deficiencies in the body. This balancing may occur on the physical, mental or spiritual level. While Julia is working in someone’s energy field, she gets intuitive messages/impressions of what is happening and what is needed to help the person. When Julia does remote energy work, she intuitively sees inside the body and is given methods to correct any problems. This spontaneous development continues to amaze her in its applications. Because of her nursing background, Julia brings a soothing blend of empathy and understanding of the human body to her work. She is available to do energy/light work in person and remotely, as well as past life therapy hypnosis.
