Duncan Jones, son of music icon David Bowie has started a book club in his dad’s honor. Bowie was according to his son, a voracious reader and the book club will be a tribute. In a recent interview Jones said: “feeling a building sense of duty to go on the same literary marathon in tribute”. The book club will be held online and will include many of David Bowie’s favorite books.
David Bowie’s website has a list of his 100 favorite books, and Duncan Jones stated on Twitter that the first book selection will be Peter Ackroyd’s 1985 novel Hawksmoor.
