Who controls and rules over the afterlife, and what does free will mean when you’re dead?
After Michael Rene Gostani dies in the Vietnam war, he discovers that he alone can change the imprisoning afterlife. Utilizing this newfound gift, he frees billions of trapped souls and builds them a grand capitalist city called Meridian. In the process, he awakens an all-consuming force that threatens to destroy everything he now rules over. Despite all his power, he needs help.

“Pyramids of Meridian” contends with the reality of a veritable afterlife in a unique space opera setting, with inspirations from the novel “Hyperion” by Dan Simmons, the anime “Evangelion,” and the movie “The Matrix.”
