My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I absolutely LOVE this story! I LOVE this series! It never fails to be interesting and full of adventure. This story follows Caitlin who is injured in the war. Even though she is a Yankee, the doctor that treated her thought she was a Confederate. Thing get more interesting from there. She now becomes a Governess while hiding her true identity. She’ in enemy territory and must stay safe. Even though Atlanta was fairly safe the war came to the town. She does everything she can to keep her charge safe and not run straight to the safety of Yankee army. There’s more adventure and excitement in this story, and I can’t say it all because I don’t like to give spoilers. I love how the author mixes facts into this story, and all the stories of this series. It’s like reading a fun history lesson! Happy reading my friends!
