My favorite ornament is a tiny vintage nativity given to me by my aunt when I was a little girl. I remember it hanging on our Christmas tree throughout my childhood, and when I got married and moved away from home, my mother gave it to me for my own tree. I have several little ornaments from when my husband and I were children, and our kids love getting them out and hanging them on the tree and hearing stories of when mommy and daddy were little–which was long, long ago, of course!
