Reader’s Entertainment Presents: Lydia Taiwo and a Look at Child Abuse

Lydia Taiwo knows about child abuse because she lived that life, a life she turned into her book A Broken Childhood.  Her message, so important that we are doing a two-part segment on her books, talks to victims, families of victims and the general public.

In this podcast we discuss what it was like for Lydia growing up as her mother repeatedly put her in the hospital with injuries and even emotionally abused her through her early adulthood.

This segment is less about the details of what was done and more about surviving.  You can find out more about Lydia at www.LydiaTaiwo.com.
